Return & Refund Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must be in its original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase. If you want to exchange your returned item for another item, please note that you can only exchange once per purchase.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and immediately notify you on the status of your refund. Once approved, please allow 14 banking days for us to process your refund to your account or credit card. If you are using a credit card, processing may take a little longer depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping cost will also be deducted for the exchanged item.
